St. James' churches in the Weinviertel region

Four churches along the Way of St. James in the Weinviertel region are dedicated to St. James the Greater.

Four of these churches - the ones in Falkenstein, Leitzersdorf, Etsdorf and Brunn im Felde - are churches dedicated to St. James and therefore of particular interest to pilgrims.

In Austria, churches dedicated to St. James are often referred to as Jakobus, Jakobi or St. Jakobus churches. They are named after or dedicated to St. James the Greater, the patron saint of the pilgrims.
